These projects have involved equipment repair, replacement and redesign to use more effective equipment and efficient equipment to meet new project specifications or due to asset life extensions.
Within these work scopes one of the primary purposed of the refurbishments is to increase the asset life extension to minimize capital outlay that would otherwise would involve complete assets replacement.

In the process of asset refurbishment OCS has to sometimes redesign equipment specification and replace worn, damaged or existing structures which are required through the design that will suit the new equipment specification.Existing structures are often replaced due to corrosion, physical damage or even to meet project specifications of the assets.

Whatever the reason for you construction or refurbishment requirements OCS can manage your project in the most effective and efficient manner. In the course or each project OCS project management team will use our own project management software to manage, control and execute all aspects of the project to ensure each phase of the project is managed in the most effective and cost effective manner
